How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started washing dishes at a country club and was enamored by the chefs. Graduated form the coveted Culinary Institute of America (Associates and Bachelor Degree programs) and found my passion in catering. Bought Emily's in 2003.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am hands on in all aspects of the event from the initial meeting to the execution of the event.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One commissary office located in the Forestville Section of Bristol CT. No plans for future locations!

From when we're good and ready until we've had just enough! or 8 am - 4 pm Mondya through Friday. Evening and weekend appointments available.
