What is your primary product or service?
Computerized engraving for placards and signs, signage, radio identification, rocker switch marking, labeling and industrial signage. Also name plates and name badges.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My brother had an avionics shop (installing aircraft radios) in Florida. He knew I had the expertise to run a computerized engraving machine to supply him with quality placards for the high end aircraft he was installing radios into. Per the FAA, all switches, lights and circuit breakers have to be labeled as to their function. We figured if my brother needed it then other people needed it also. Those people/customers had additional non aviation related work to be done also. We now engrave a wide variety of items that has nothing to do with aviation, but our customers know that we've keep the same quality we started with.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Quality, turn time and understanding the application of the products so the correct materials would be used.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in a 100 year old barn. We've converted it over to make it an ideal location. With 400 Amp electrical service, sprayed foam insulation, radiant floor heating and air conditioned. This makes if toasty warm in the winter and cool in the hot days of summer. No plans to expand at this time.

The ones we get all the time are something like this; " It's better than I could have imagined", "Perfect, it (the project) looks great", "I wish I'd known about you earlier, it would have saved me from redoing this all over again"
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
There isn't a favorite quote because I'm terrible at remembering quotes. But, John 3:16 says it all for me. Then I sign many emails with "Have a great day, because if you don't no one can have it for you".
