How long have you been in business?
Incorporated March 1984-licensed since 1977 as agent, 1979 as broker-Realtor, and in 1987- federal licensing began as a certified general appraiser RCG.246
What is your primary product or service?
Real Estate-all facets-appraiser,broker,consultant/counseling/court testimony;development services;exchanging nationwide;financing assistance,management helper,investing;leasing;management, and other services as required.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Took a Principles and Practices RE course at University of Hartford fall 1976 with a respected Appraiser. Started a sports running shoe company while in high school selling all over CT-only one of three distributors in the state. Sales have always been a part of my life and helping others with quality service.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
most definitely client centered with over 3 decades of RE expertise.As a property owner of numerous types of buildings over the last 3+ decades have a diverse knowledge of ownership and am able to put myself in the client's perspective.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Hartford location- 1-have locations of ownership/management in other cities. NO expansion plans at this time except as an exchangor-- am able to provide RE services around the country also.

177 Buckingham Street is located in SOUTH Downtown-SODO-midway on the south side of the street between Main and Washington Streets. Buckingham Street is one block south of Capitol Avenue with a view of Bushnell Park and Downtown and across the street from the stae of CT offcie building & the Bushnell. What type of payments do you accept?
credit cards in person;scheduled flexible payments; what did you have in mind?; fee representation on a case by case basis;typically payment upon RE completion. At time of inspection of the appraisal a fee arrangement must be made typically with payment.
Which areas do you service?
greater Hartford, the rest of CT, and in exchanging the entire US-licensed in CT for appraising and brokerage

What are your hours of operation?
9-6 +--- daily and appointments as scheduling allows for both. If it is important I will work for the client, the tenant, the Investor, the owner, the exchangor at any hour.

Treating people like you would want to be treated equally.
