Was the Manager/Administrator of a large Dental Group Practice. I had friends and business associates in Sales and they were enjoying it while earning money based on their own efforts. was of interest to me. Telephone Sales seemed to be something I could relate to so I gave it a try. Starting as a Sales Associate, I advanced to Sales Manager and eventually V.P. of Sales.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I always sell systems based on the customer's needs, not on what I could earn. We give free support before and after a sale and customers know we are honest. We also provide education and discuss thaoptions
